Easy, we take only the freshest dairy cream and turn it into true natural butter within seven days of the milk leaving the cow!
Wonder how we do it?
We source our cream daily from a local family dairy based like ourselves in Gloucestershire. The milk from which the cream is obtained is from red tractor assured farms from within Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties.
The farmers are passionate about the health and welfare of their cows and try to ensure that they have a predominantly grass fed diet from grazing in the pastures during the summer and feeding them silage in the winter months.
